One of the key goals of the Prevention in Action - Georgia campaign is to get parents involved in advocating for the best sex education in their kids' schools.

Prevention in Action - Georgia helps parents:

• find out the sex education currently being taught in your children's schools
• provide names of decision-makers and their contact information for your school, school system administration, and school board
• provide lists of questions to ask these decision-makers and other tools to help you navigate through the system
• assist you in finding strategies that will work in your community
• provide research materials and tips to argue for comprehensive sex education
• provide speakers, materials, and tools through our "Let's Talk" parent dialogues
• provide support and a network of other parents throughout Georgia
